Please note that all sales are final. Due to the nature of our small-batch, handmade products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds at this time. 

If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us at hello@alokistudio.com, including your order number and photos of the product, within 7 days of receiving your order. 

As every piece is carefully handmade, minor variations are expected and therefore are not considered defects. We conduct thorough quality checks on each item to ensure these variations remain minimal and meet our high standards.
