All Aloki orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders within USA.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- USA: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
All orders within the USA ship via USPS or UPS with tracking provided.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order’s journey.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please email us at hello@alokistudio.com, and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
